Alentejo – Portugal

The Roman temple is one of the many monuments you can see in Evora.

Sines is a photogenic treasure and the birthplace of one of Portugal’s most celebrated figures: Vasco da Gama, a Portuguese navigator.

Évora, a museum-city, whose roots go back to Roman times, reached its golden age in the 15th century when it became the residence of the Portuguese kings.

If we look at Portugal’s map, we see that Alentejo is the region between the most southern region of Portugal, which is the Algarve, up to a few kilometers north of Lisbon.
